When a bride dreams about her wedding, nothing goes wrong. When Andrea looks back on her wedding, she’s a bride who can say her wedding day was perfect. Because it was. Literally everything was perfect from the dress and the shoes to the gluten free cupcakes and the chickfila sandwiches for the guests. Not to mention their idyllic wedding weather and the fact that Andrea and Kevin are two of the kindest hearted people I’ve ever met.

We started at Andrea’s parent’s home with details and getting ready while the other half of our team met up with Kevin at the hotel and church for getting ready and formals. It was chilly in the shade but perfectly comfortable in the sun for pictures.  When we arrive at the church it was as if it was built for fall weddings. I’m not sure if Andrea and Kevin spent a whole day in the church to decide the best lighting for the ceremony, but we sure did have it. At one point the sun was hitting Andrea’s veil in the most poetic and bridal way, it was magical! After a few very quick family portraits we headed to Atlanta National Golf club for wedding party and pictures of the new Mr. and Mrs. Atlanta National Golf Club is always a picturesque setting for gorgeous pictures. Add the beauty of the changed leaves and the setting sun streaking through, their pictures are absolute!

One of my favorite moments was when the bridesmaids said they wanted to pick up Kevin like they’ve seen in pictures before, and for a Moreland Photography first, they dropped him! Andrea’s reaction was perfect- laughter! So naturally, the groomsmen had to show the bridesmaids how it was done and picked up the man of the hour. Then we swept Andrea and Kevin around the back of Atlanta National for more pictures while guests arrived for cocktails and appetizers. The reception was so much fun as the dancefloor was full the entire night. The DJ from Black Tie Events had a great crowd that kept coming back for more! Most of the guests flew in from out of town, so at the end of the wedding they had the southern delicacy  Chick-fil-a Sandwhiches delivered as their guest favor! That’s a great departure if you ask me! Congratulations Andrea and Kevin!
