We love being asked to be a part of styled shoots. We love working with new vendors, and getting to practice new ideas, new styles! So it was an automatic yes when Pollyanna of Pollyanna Richter Weddings invited us to another styled shoot, this time at the Biltmore Ballrooms in Atlanta. She told us she had a particular vision and that our photography was going to capture it perfectly. What a compliment! Here’s a little more about Pollyanna:

“When it comes to weddings, I’m a firm believer that you should never just go through the motions. Your wedding should be uniquely yours. It took my own wedding to understand the emotions, excitement and energy behind planning such a big day.

Since I started my boutique wedding consultancy, I’ve fully immersed myself in the industry. I immediately became an active member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) and continue to assist with events for the ABC Georgia Chapter. I earned the qualifications that afford me the title of Certified Wedding Planner. These qualifications enable me to design, plan, organize and deliver your unforgettable wedding. I now spend my weekends (and some weekdays) attending bridal shows and conferences to keep an eye out for the latest trends, or volunteering to help others in the wedding industry.

It’s my prior career that makes me a unique wedding consultant.  Prior to founding Pollyanna Richter Weddings, LLC, I worked in the corporate world performing audits, and managing demanding financial reporting standards and timelines. I know the importance of budgets and I know how to find clever ways to save money without losing quality.

On a personal note, I moved to Georgia from my hometown of Recife, Brazil. Portuguese is my first language. Olá! Family is at the heart of my world. In my spare time you can find me embracing family time with my husband, daughter and our brave Maltese or soaking up the great outdoors. I’m often on the back of my road bike enjoying the beautiful Silver Comet Trail while challenging myself on the ascents or on the descents.  And no matter where I am, I love having fun and living life with a big smile on my face.”
