Marco Island Marriott | Brittany + Jarrad – Moreland Photography

We have been very patiently waiting to post Brittany and Jarrad’s wedding images.  Since several magazines were looking at their wedding to publish it we had to stay away from putting it on our blog.  We have now been given the green light, their wedding will be the featured wedding in both Occasions Florida Magazine and Occasions Georgia Magazine. This was the hardest wedding ever to edit for a blog because after shooting over 9,000 images at this amazing wedding how do you narrow it down to 50 images?  Their wedding was at the Marco Island Marriott in Florida and was not only beautiful with amazing details, but also with a beautiful bride that wanted her wedding to be very different.  By the way did I mention that the bride, Brittany, has worked for me for three years.  She is my right hand in many ways, as the other photographer at most of all the weddings, an incredible designer, Photoshop master, and not to mention her very creative photography.   Everything was beautiful, Brittany and Jarrad had a very fun wedding party, since a picture is worth 1,000 words then just look at a glimpse below.

It took three days to construct the tents on the beach with french doors, wooden floors and fully air conditioned and lots of extras.  Yes Brittany wanted a wedding ceremony at the beach, but not standing on the sand, she wanted a full indoor ceremony like it was a beautiful hotel ballroom but on the sand!  There was another tent designed for dinner with a full window looking out to the ocean and a beautiful interior design with every detail.  After dinner was served the ceremony tent was transformed into a night club; WOW was what every guest said as they walked back into what once was the ceremony tent.

Special thanks to Kelly McWilliams with Weddings by Socialites for planning such an amazing wedding, Brittany’s beautiful dress was from Joan Pillow Bridal in Buckhead ( for more of Brittany and her stunning dress, check out our very intimate Bridal Session, here) and all of the tents, chairs, china, linens and most details came from Taylor Rental. Ray Roman of Roman Films did the video, Events by Ricardo did the floral design and lots of thanks for Marco Island Marriott to host their wedding.   Congratulations Brittany and Jarrad!!
