Madison and Taylor had such a beautiful southern wedding, with a large open barn and big beautiful chandeliers. We love a new venue to photograph with, and man did Southern Bridle Farms excite us! Their wedding was truly a dream, from the outdoor ceremony to the quiet moments in between. In order to get to the venue, you first drove down a long dirt road lined with huge pecan trees that lined both sides. Talk about picture perfect! There was a blissful feeling to Madison and Taylor’s special day: no one was stressing, no was was frantically running around, everything was peaceful and happy. Madison’s grandmother helped Madison get ready on her special day. The two shared many sentimental moments together.
The couple got many great photos before the ceremony. The groom posed with his grandfather’s classic red Corvette, (also the car Taylor took Madison to the Jr. Prom in!) Madison planned a first look photos with her father inside the fully decorated barn. Then a first look with the groom in the privacy of the pecan tree forest, and the couple got many other sentimental photos together. Whenever we would stop to take a break or just take pictures of Madison, Taylor would start eating pecans right off the tree. We love getting our clients comfortable enough to show their wild sides with us!
At the reception, we had a little photo booth for the guests, which was a big hit! Not only that, but it gave Taylor and Madison many more pictures of their special day! The DJ Madison and Taylor hired was excellent; he played lots of specials dances that included everyone, from the mother son dance to the married couple dances with the flower girls. This southern wedding was so fun and unique, we’re so glad the (now) Workman’s asked us to be a part of their wedding.
